Lake Inguadona Association

Ice Golf at the Anchorage on Saturday, 1/28 @ Noon

The Anchorage will be hosting a community event, Ice Golf, 2 person best ball, on Saturday, January 28th, starting at noon. You can sign up early at the bar or sign up that day. The entry fee is $5, and there will be prizes for the best men's team, women's team and mixed team....100% payout! There will be other games inside for those that want to escape the weather. Come and enjoy our winter with folks on the lake and others around Longville!

Annual Picnic Date Change

The ILA Annual Picnic will now be on the third Saturday of August. The reason for this change is that the Remer Harvest Fest is held on the second weekend in August as well, and a number of our members enjoy participating or attending. In 2012 our picnic will be held on August 18th, so mark your calenders!

The 2nd Annual Scott Franta Memorial Kids Fishing Contest 2011 - only a few weeks left!!

The contest will run from August 2010 through July 2011. All entries must be for fish caught on Inguadona and caught within the contest period by the person entering the contest and must be received by July 31, 2011.

Send your entry to : Longville Lakes Marine, 5030 State Hwy 84 North, PO Box 28, Longville, MN 56655 or deliver to the Anchorage or e-mail to dave@longvillelakesmarine.com or jerry.stresnak@future.ca.

The contest is open to all youth to the age of 16. Prizes will be awarded for three age groups: 6 & under; 7-11; and 12-16. You must submit a photo and a short story about your fishing experience to qualify

Entries must include the fisherman's name, address (home & cabin), phone #. The winners will be announced at the 2011 Annual Meeting in August 2011.

Channel Bridge Update

As of July 9th, the paving to the bridge approaches has been completed. We are working with the county to resolve some issues with boulders and metal stakes that should have been removed when the temporary road was removed. Be cautious entering the channel till these issues are resolved. This about wraps up the project except for signage and cleanup.
